Taking the next step in a student's life towards post-secondary education is usually a monumental task. Decisions that give a nuance of "being an adult" but recognizing that choosing one of many options which could affect one's career is daunting. Below are some resources to help students clarify what next steps may await them. Also, we'd encourage those who are moving away from their local community to connect with a local church near their new school or with an on-campus group. Over the past few months, CBOQ Youth has compiled a list of churches and on-campus contacts at virtually all Ontario and English-speaking Quebec colleges and universities. We believe one effective way to help your students continue to connect in a Christ-centred community is to facilitate that connection to a new group of Christ-followers.If you have students going to college or university or for more details, contact Alvin. CBOQ Youth is also excited in offering 10 $500 scholarships for undergraduate studies for candidates who demonstrate how they are living out their faith, "wherever they are, in whatever they do".
