So much more is "caught rather than taught"! Hands-on learning is the learning that we remember best, and to that end, we offer internships that are highly practical in nature, coupled with on-the-job teaching and debriefing. We offer various types of internships. 

CBOQ Youth partners with our other Canadian Baptist affiliates to provide event-based leadership development opportunities (serving in one another's regions) and mutual mentoring opportunities (where there's specific learning drawn cross-regionally).More information about next year's Springforth and Grandview Calvary internships will be available in the fall.

CBOQ Youth also offers an in-office program where an intern works alongside our CBOQ Youth staff for 4-12 months.  This is an opportunity to get a "behind-the-scenes" look at how organizational ministry happens, to hone one's administrative skills and to fulfill some personal learning objectives.  To download the application, click here.  Applications are due July 30, 2010.
